An official Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) online service for reporting and blocking a stolen mobile handset or IMEI. Users can submit a Stolen Mobile Handset / IMEI Related Complaint through the PTA online complaint portal, select Blocking as the request type, enter the handset IMEI number(s), last mobile number(s), and brand, and submit the complaint for processing. PTA’s official complaint manual confirms that stolen-handset blocking/unblocking requests are registered through the online portal and routed to the relevant ICT department.
