Awaz-e-Khalq (Citizen Relationship Management)

Awaz-e-Khalq is the Government of Punjab’s Citizen Relationship Management (CRM) platform, powered by the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB). It allows citizens to register, submit complaints or requests to the relevant government department, and track the status of their complaints online. Users can create an account using their CNIC, mobile number, email and district information, then log in to submit and track complaints.
