The Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA) E-Stamping System allows citizens to generate and pay stamp-duty challans electronically and obtain digitally generated e-Stamp certificates. Users can access the official e-Stamp portal, enter their CNIC, transaction type, property details and transaction value, generate Challan Form 32-A, pay the applicable amount, and receive an e-Stamp certificate containing a unique stamp number and QR code. The e-Stamp can also be verified online.
