How Do I Check My Booking?
- Open piac.com.pk and choose My Booking, or use the app.
- Enter your PNR (booking reference) and surname.
- View your itinerary.
Wego says PIA doesn’t support passport-number lookup online. If you’ve lost your PNR, call the contact centre, which can find it using your name or booking date. [verify.]
Web Check-In
Web check-in needs your e-ticket number and last name, per Wego. PIA expanded online check-in to Multan, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Quetta and Skardu in August 2025. [verify the current opening time and airports.]
Refunds and Cancellations
PIA’s FAQ says:
- Web tickets: use My Booking to cancel and request a refund. PIA says refunds come within 3 to 5 working days.
- Other route: call the contact centre to cancel the reservation first, then email PIA’s Web Refund unit with your web ticket receipt and the last four digits of your card. A guide says this can take 10 to 15 working days.
